Insight that leads to better decisions
Employee surveys, leader evaluations and analysis that provide a better basis for development and decisions – not just numbers, but insight that gets used.
Employee and work-environment surveys
We offer the entire process: needs clarification and design, execution with safe anonymity, analysis and driver analysis, presentation and follow-up of measures.
Leader evaluations and leader feedback
Structured feedback for leaders – from questionnaire design and method to communication and follow-up, so that the evaluation becomes a tool for development, not a report card.
Working sessions that create use
Results become useful when they are understood and prioritised. We facilitate working sessions that help leaders and organisations understand the findings – and choose the measures that matter most.
How we work
-
Needs clarification and questionnaire design
We clarify what the survey should answer and design questions that produce credible, usable data.
-
Execution
A professional process with high participation and full anonymity for everyone who responds.
-
Analysis and driver analysis
We identify the drivers that really matter for satisfaction, work environment and performance.
-
Presentation and working sessions
Findings are communicated so they are understandable and actionable – for management, the board and the organisation.
-
Follow-up of measures
We help prioritise and follow up, so that insight becomes lasting improvement.
